I know there are people out there that will
recommend a particular contractor because he may have had the best
price, or may always be on time/schedule, or was a good communicator, or
did a quality job, or the subcontractors and workers were harding
working. If you want all of that and more, Peverini Tile, Marble, and
Construction Company is a must for your project. To say that we are
ecstatic about the work Roger Peverini and Company completed for us is
an understatement. His stellar service starts well before the signing of
a contract. His professionalism was very apparent from the first time
we met. He listened, asked questions, and had suggestions that made a
lot of sense. He called 2 times after our initial discussion to clarify
certain aspects of our vision for our kitchen remodel. His bid arrived
in writing and on time as promised. I researched several contracting
companies in the Sacramento area and based on my research, put our
project out to bid to the best 3 companies that I thought would do a
good job. Roger's bid was in the middle. After reviews of the bids and
follow up discussions with the 3 companies, I decided to go with Roger
Peverini. Mine and my wife's decision to go with Roger were based on his
resume of experience, positive reviews on social media, and his
professionalism dealing with our novice knowledge of construction. We
found at the end of the project that we had made the right decision. He
started our project on time, and finished ahead of schedule to our
delight, since we were living in the house without a kitchen. He checked
in with us everyday on multiple occasions to field any questions, to
give us progress updates, and to explain what to expect in the way of
construction the next day. Very customer focused. Roger has an excellent
staff of workers and subcontractors; hard working, professional, on
time, and doing quality work. Roger and staff did our tear out,
cabinetry, granite installation, and appliance installation. He only
subbed out about 25% of the work completed. But I can say that his subs
were a strong reflection of his and his staff's strong work ethic. The
finished product was beyond amazing, my wife was absolutely thrilled.
The detailing at the end really gave us our perfect kitchen. If you are
where we were in looking for a quality General Contractor, believe in my
review and the social media reviews that are available; I did and was
rewarded for my research with a kitchen remodel we are very proud to
show to family, friends, and neighbors.

did an absolutely beautiful job installing new counter tops and
backsplash in both our kitchen and bathroom. He did an awesome job of
blending the flow of the design in the quartzite within the limitations
of doing a remodel. We had several unique situations on design that
made it a difficult project. Definitely not a cookie cutter job and he
worked around the issues beautifully!
His crew was efficient, polite and work super well with each other. They make a great team!
I have absolutely no complaints about any of their work, the final
results or the quality of the job and people that worked in our home.

the estimate to the finish product, service was excellent. Roger
Peverini provided great suggestions and actually saved us money when we
thought we wanted to also replace the window in the bath/tub enclosure.
It was not necessary. His suggestion on a tile company, Palm Tree,
was most beneficial. Roger's finishing touch suggestions were spot on!
The wormanship was great and the workers were a pleasure to have in
our home. They worked from the moment they got here until the days end
and cleaned up after themselves. They even saved the wood floor
material if we need to repair any of our original wood floors. The
entire project was completed in a very timely manner. The bathroom looks
absolutely beautiful and we love it! We
highly recommend Peverini, Tile, Marble and
Construction Inc. If we ever need another job like this completed, we
will definitely call Roger.

were punctual. The project started the day he told me (and he told
me several days ahead of time). Once the work started, someone arrived
every day to attend to the next step. They finished the intended job
each day, and cleaned up fully before quitting time. I found the crews
easy to work with, and attentive to my questions and my requests to be
involved in "planning." By that I mean that they gave me time, for
instance, to get my shower stool and sit on it to see where the soap
dish and lower corner shelf should be placed, and to make sure that the
grab bars were in the right places for someone my height. The guys were
not worried that I "watched" a lot, and were good with my dogs
occasionally getting into the work site. The guys were also very careful
about my gates (so that the dogs were safe) and about protecting my
counters and rugs.
The demolition and rebuild took 9 consecutive work days. The glass
walls arrived at the "sooner" end of the window I was told, and were set
promptly one week after the rest of the construction was completed. So,
the bathroom remodel took less than 3 weeks from start to
finish...bearing in mind that the vanity and sinks were left alone, that
I did NOT move the shower plumbing (only lowered the shower drain and
capped off the old tub plumbing), and that no electrical work was
needed. Roger checked in sufficiently often and was easy to contact by
text.
If I were to do my other bathroom, I'd ask Roger Peverini back in a flash. I recommend him most highly.
Description of work:Roger's crew removed a bathtub and shower, and tile from walls and floor. They added support between the walls studs for grab bars, replaced the wallboards, lowered the shower drain, and then set in the multiple layers of my fully ADA-accessible, walk-in shower. They retiled the walls including a decorative strip, put in a new toilet, laid the tile floors and shower pan, and then set in new glass walls for the new, large shower stall.

I had Peverini Tile come in after the purchase to remove the standard cabinetry and build and install custom cabinetry through the entire home, granite countertops with tile backsplash in kitchen, silestone countertops with tile backsplashes in two bathrooms, tile in master shower and hall tub with liners. I also had tile flooring through the entry, kitchen, laundry, hall bath and master bath.

Very pleased. Roger beat his schedule by four days. The entire group
was professional, courteous, and totally businesslike. Roger's response
to communications during the remodel were prompt and informative. He
also arranged for Steve Harris plumbing to come out in the same
afternoon to get the new hardware installed and the plumbing
reinstated.
Overall very pleased and would certainly recommend.
Description of work:Roger and his crew removed tile countertops, removed old sink, faucet, and stovetop, procured and installed new granite kitchen countertop in entire kitchen, replaced the hardware, and cleaned the area before leaving.

recently had to have the only two bathrooms we have renovated as a
result of a result of a major sewer backup and break. Needless to say
multiple companies were involved but this review will be regarding the
work of Perverini Tile and Marble Inc.
Roger Peverini came out and personally made an assessment of the
work required. I selected the tile and provided my ideas of what I
wanted done in both bathrooms. Roger provided a proposal and contract
clearly identifying the type of tile, how the tile would be placed and
set over sheetrock. The price included tile and labor to install. The
contract also indicated progress payments clearly identifying the amount
and at which point during the process payment was expected. Roger
explained the process to me and that he and 2-3 other individuals who
work for him would be part of the project. Knowing we had no other
bathrooms in the house Roger stated they would get the job done as
quickly as possible. Roger provided a time and date when he or his crew
would be at our house. Roger arrived on time and on several occasions
worked late; this also included working on the weekends by his
assistant.
I was so impressed with the professionalism I have recommended them to family and friends.
The end result is just beautiful. Would I hire Peverini Tile and
Marble again Yes!! (Don't tell my husband but next year I want
